AC Milan’s Alexis Salemagers is confident Ac milan are eyeing their top target for the Scudetto title this season.

AC Milan’s Belgian forward Alexis Salemagers is confident the Rossoneri are not only looking at second or third but are hoping to win the Scudetto this season after the game. Beat Venezia 2-0 on Wednesday. Moved up to the top of the Serie A crowd with fellow city rivals Inter Milan again, according to reports from ‘Sky Sport Italia’ on Thursday past.

Salemakers have trained and worked with Stefano Pioli over the past few years, helping the Belgian winger develop as a player.

‘Obviously the work done by the coach and the faith he has in me has helped me grow. But so is the team. we talk a lot We are a group of young players and we help each other. Having that environment is important.’

‘My character is a player who plays a bit more defensively than Rafael Leao and Ante Rebic, but at the same time I like attacking too. So I can do both.’

AC Milan won the Winter Championship last season before being overtaken by Inter. As for the Red Devils and Blacks to win second place. But at present the Salemakers are confident that the Rossoneri can do better than that. 

‘A very competitive team always wants to win. And that’s what we will try to do this season. We didn’t start looking for a 2nd or 3rd finish.’
