Commenting on his achievement, Mourinho, who was previously inducted into the LMA Hall of Fame in 2010, said: 'I am obviously very pleased to be reaching the milestone of 1000 matches managed this weekend, but at the same time it is always in my nature to be looking forward to the next match instead of dwelling on those precious matches that I have experienced so far in my career. Mourinho wasn't able to win any trophies in charge of Tottenham and is now managing Roma, with whom he has won all four matches in charge so far.
